Return Policy
Please review our policies below if you would like to make a return. We want to make sure you’re completed satisfied with your purchase. If there’s anything we can do to improve your experience or have any questions don't hesitate to get in touch with us at support@screwdriverlightsleeve.com
Any purchase made from our website may be returned within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. The items must be returned undamaged and must include all items.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will email you to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know your refund has been processed.
Your refund will be credited to your original method of payment within two weeks. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a charge, so it will likely take a minimum of a day for the refund to show up in your bank statement.
Exchanges
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we'll happily exchange the item for a new one. Please email support@screwdriverlightsleeve.com within 30 days of receiving your product to begin the process.
